Rob Nevins Skinny Switch Secret Review

Welcome to SkinnySwitchReview.info! This website features an honest review of the Skinny Switch Secret, a popular diet made famous through late night infomercials.

On this site, you will find information on the Skinny Switch Secret diet, how it works, the pros, the cons and alternatives to the diet. Alot of what you'll find here may surprise you.

The Truth Behind Skinny Switch Secret

The Skinny Switch Secret diet promises fast fat burning & weight loss even though you are allowed to eat what you want and don't have to exercise. Sound crazy? Well there is more truth to this than you think.

Here's how this diet program works:

You pick what foods you like to eat from a list. You are then told to eat the foods you chose in a certain 3 day eating routine (actually you're constantly going to be mixing your eating routines).

In other words, whatever you chose to eat, you will be eating in a certain mixed order for a 3 day period.

You will repeat this process for several weeks. During the first week you can start experiencing weight loss results.

The Secret Behind This Diet:

The secret to this diet is the fact that you're eating in mixed calorie values. Upon choosing your meals, you are given a certain routine to follow in which you eat your chosen meals in different orders for a 3 days period.

By eating in mixed orders, you cause your body to naturally trigger a reflex that makes it increase fat burning, causing it to burn alot of fat. This is what causes the weight loss to occur.

This is the reason why the diet works. Contrarily to Skinny Switch Secret's site explanation of the diet, this is the process. This is one of the reasons why you can basically eat anything you'd like and still lose weight. It's all about HOW you eat your meals and how WHAT meals you're actually eating.

There is another name for this dieting method. It is called calorie shifting which is also used by a similar diet plan called Fat loss 4 Idiots.

The Pros

1. Flexibility. The Skinny Switch diet is a very flexible diet because you can basically eat anything you'd like.

2. Unconventional. Unlike most diets that focus mainly on eating less, eating healthy & exercising, the Skinny Switch Secret diet is completely different. You can keep eating what you want. In fact you will have to eat more during this diet, but because of the technique itself, you will wind up losing more weight through this diet than by normal dieting.

3. Ideal for busy people. Obviously in today's busy lifestyle, it's tough to find a good diet, let alone stay on it. That's why most people take diet pills which in many cases are dangerous. However the Skinny Switch diet is all natural and quite flexible.

The Cons

1. The price. Before you take a leap and go for this diet thinking it's only going to cost you $5.95 every week, prepare to be disappointed. The $5.95 is meant to get you into the site. The real price of this diet is $154.90

Why is it that large? Because instead of signing up weekly, you sign up for 6 months and there are no other options available. If you multiply $5.95 X 24 weeks (6 months), you'll get a total price of $154.90. This is the only con of this diet I could find.

A Better Diet?

There is an alternative diet that works exactly the same way as Skinny Switch Secret, it is called Fat loss 4 Idiots and it is 3 times cheaper and very easy to do.

It uses the same method of dieting, but it's called "calorie shifting". With this diet, you eat 4 or more meals a day and in mixed orders as it instructs. Same style of dieting, only different names.

Results do vary, but in general people who try Fat loss 4 Idiots lose 9 pounds or more in 11 days. This diet uses the same exact technique as Skinny Switch Secret. You pick the meals you want to eat and it creates a meal plan for you. Follow the meal plan and you will lose weight.

Though Skinny Switch Secret is a great diet, it's only negative aspect is it's price. And if you're still anxious to try this diet, do yourself a favor and try Fat loss 4 Idiots instead. It's much cheaper and gets you the same if not better results.
